Mactaggart Family & Partners is an award-winning real estate development and investment manager backed by the Mactaggart Family Office.  MF&P’s purpose is to generate attractive, risk adjusted returns and cash flows from their development projects and MF&P prides itself on a commitment to excellence and integrity that its partners can rely on (be they investors, lenders or the project professional teams).

As the majority investor in its schemes, MF&P’s approach sees the firm acquire sites with balance sheet equity and then remove front-end project risks for co-investors; these risks typically include planning permission, capex due diligence and senior debt funding terms. This model allows MF&P to act with agility and seize opportunities swiftly using its balance sheet, guided by the same entrepreneurial spirit and expertise that has underpinned its success for over 125 years, whilst delivering materially derisked development projects for co-investors.

With a heritage rooted in pragmatic investment and an eye firmly on the future, MF&P sees each development project as a responsibility.
