Sir John is a Non-Executive Director of Mactaggart Heritable Ltd and sits on the Investment Committee of Mactaggart Family & Partners.

He has worked in the commercial and residential real estate development, investment and management business in London and New York for over 50 years.

Sir John was a member of Trinity College Cambridge’s Investment Committee 1990-2015, and served on the BPF’s Commercial Property and Residential Large Landlords committees. He has been a director and previous Chair of Grove End Housing since 1988 and, with his sister the Rt Hon. Fiona Mactaggart MP, founded the housing research charity Commonweal.

In 1972 Sir John co-founded Central & City Properties, in partnership with David King, and over the next 20 years they developed more than 30 commercial buildings in the City and the West End of London.

Sir John holds an MA (Hons) in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and is a lapsed Fellow of the RICS.

Philip is the Chair of Mactaggart Heritable Ltd and sits on the Investment Committee of Mactaggart Family & Partners.

He has worked in the commercial and residential real estate development, investment and management business in New York for over 40 years.

He is the Co-Founder of Kulen Outreach schools in Cambodia, a past Board member of KIPP NYC schools, the Eagle Hill School and invented the Tomato War Fundraiser.

Philip holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

John is the Non-Executive Chairman of Mactaggart Hotel Holdings Limited.

He was a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with 40 years of work experience as a partner in professional practice and subsequently as a financial director acting in both executive and non-executive capacities.

He is currently a Non-Executive Director of a number of commercial and residential property companies. He has considerable experience in business start-ups, corporate acquisitions and disposals and takes responsibility for ensuring that corporate governance and financial reporting processes are in place to support growth.

John holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Exeter.

William is the Chief Executive Officer of Mactaggart Family & Partners (MF&P), the Managing Director of Mactaggart Heritable Ltd and Mactaggart Hotel Holdings and a Director of The Sirius Hotel Group. He sits on the Mactaggart TopCo boards with oversight and control of the group’s US activity, as well as the UK.

William is a real estate professional with experience executing real estate and corporate buy side and sell side transactions, capital raises (debt and equity) for development and investment, JV structuring and the establishment and execution of value recovery and divestment strategies.

He is responsible for investment and development transaction origination, underwriting, structuring, capital raising and execution in the UK, with a particular focus on city centre office and hotel developments where planning permission and capex are required and also strategic land.

Prior to his position with MF&P, William was a Vice President in a UHNWI backed Real Estate Corporate Finance boutique focusing on residential and hospitality transactions in the UK and US. Prior to that, he was working at a “Big Four” accountancy firm in its UK Real Estate Corporate Finance team.

William holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature, an MSc in Real Estate Management, is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and is a Financial Conduct Authority Approved Person – holding the Chartered Financial Analyst UK Investment Management Certificate.

William contributes to the Bank of England Decision Maker Panel, holds the Freedom of the City of London and is a Liveryman of The Grocers’ Company, where he is a member of the Property Sub Committee.

Through the Grocers’ Company, William sits on the Board of Governors of a London school and supports the charitable donation activity of The Grocers Charity, with a focus on education.

Rupert is a Non-Executive Director of Mactaggart Heritable Ltd and sits on the Advisory Board of Mactaggart Family & Partners.

He has extensive experience of real estate development, investment and finance, being former Chairman of MEPC, former CEO of Hermes Fund Managers, former Director of Argent, former director of Milligan, current director of First Base and Partner at Lipton Rogers Developments. He is also founder of the charity, The Mental Health and Resilience Foundation.

Rupert has also held many industry leadership roles, including being President of the British Property Federation, Chairman of the Investment Property Forum and Director of IPD.

Rupert has a BSc (Hons) in Engineering Science and Management from Durham University.

Robert is a Non-Executive Director of Mactaggart Heritable Ltd and sits on the Advisory Board of Mactaggart Family & Partners. He is also a Non-Executive Director of the Sirius Hotel Group, part of the Mactaggart group of companies.

He has extensive experience in asset allocation, investment strategy and investment management, being former Chairman of DTZ Investment Management (which he founded in 1993), former Chairman of DTZ UK and former Non-Executive Chairman of two quoted REITs - GCP Student Living plc and Standard Life Property Income Trust Limited. Robert also chairs a number of Investment Committees for property funds.

He was Global President of RICS in 2010/11, a member of the Bank of England Property Advisory Group from 2007 to 2011 and Surveyor to the Worshipful Company of Armourers and Brasiers from 1997 to 2016.

Robert holds a degree in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Hugh is a Non-Executive Director of Mactaggart Heritable Ltd and sits on the Advisory Board of Mactaggart Family & Partners.

He has more than 40 years of experience representing individuals in their business, personal, investment, estate planning, real estate and fiduciary matters. He also has a considerable art law practice that includes the representation of private and public art galleries, dealers in both the primary and secondary art markets, visual artists (both painters and sculptors) and collectors. He also has advised commercial real estate developers with respect to agreements for large-scale indoor and outdoor sculpture commissions.

Hugh’s broad-based real estate practice includes advising and representing prominent owners, developers and investors in sales, acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, real estate partnerships, development projects, syndications and conversion of properties to co-operative, condominium and homeowner association ownership forms.

Hugh is currently a member of the Honorary Council of the Board of Overseers of The Hood Museum of Art and of the Honorary Council of the Hopkins Center for the Arts at Dartmouth College, and an Honorary Trustee of The Parrish Art Museum.

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg appointed Hugh as a Director of the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation and he, also at Mayor Bloomberg’s request, served as a Commissioner of The Art Commission of the City of New York through October 2006.

He is Managing Member of Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. and a leader of the firm's Transactional Department. Over more than 35 years, he has been involved in some of the city’s largest real estate transactions.

He specialises in representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate. His expertise is often sought after, by owners, developers and lenders seeking guidance during periods of distress in the commercial and multi-family real estate market. He has continued to focus on facilitating forbearance and loan modifications to help industry leaders manage times of economic uncertainty. He also routinely engages in representing clients in structuring joint ventures, purchases, sales, financing and leasing matters.

In addition to his legal practice, Michael is an active principal in his family’s real estate business, which owns and manages multi-family, retail, office and industrial properties across the United States.

Michael received his bachelor's degree in policy studies from Syracuse University and his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut. He is a member of the Syracuse University Maxwell School of Citizenship and Affairs Advisory Board.

Dominic is a Non-Executive Director of Mactaggart Heritable Ltd and sits on the Advisory Board of Mactaggart Family & Partners.

He spent more than three decades at UBS, rising to Group Managing Director working in Hong Kong, New York, Zurich and London and held senior leadership roles across Global Capital Markets, Wealth Management and Investment Banking including Head of Global Capital Markets, UBS Wealth Management; Head of Alternatives Investment and Distribution, UBS Wealth Management and Global Head of Equity Distribution, UBS Investment Bank. He led international teams, managed global revenue lines and oversaw key client relationships across regions, giving him a deep understanding of how to lead complex, regulated organisations through different market cycles and cultures.

Since leaving UBS, Dominic has developed a portfolio of non-executive and trustee roles. He is Non-Executive Chairman of Augmentive in London, working with the leadership team to shape strategy, support scaling and ensure strong governance in an entrepreneurial, mission‑driven setting. He is a Trustee of Optimus UK, one of the largest outcome‑oriented charitable foundations in the world focused on improving the lives of vulnerable children through health, education, child protection and related environmental initiatives, where he contributes to strategy, grant oversight and impact measurement. In addition, he is a Trustee of the Lindsell Foundation, the Scots Guards Charity and formerly served as a Non‑Executive Director of Weatherbys Bank Ltd, supporting board oversight and strategy.

Dominic’s leadership journey began in the British Army with the Scots Guards, where he served as a Captain, building the responsibility, teamwork and decision‑making skills that have underpinned his subsequent roles in global banking and governance.

He is currently a Trustee (and previous Chair) of Commonweal Housing, an action learning charity working to investigate, test and share housing solutions to social injustice. He is a Director of Grove End Housing and a Trustee of the Islay & Jura Community Enterprise Trust.

He is a Trustee of the Omnibus Theatre.

He worked previously in commercial real estate investment advisory, with a focus on Central London.

Jack holds a BSocSc in Politics and International Relations, an MSc in Real Estate, is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and is a Financial Conduct Authority Approved Person – holding the Chartered Financial Analyst UK Investment Management Certificate. He has completed Executive Education programmes with the University of Oxford Saïd Business School and the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.

Sholto is a Non-Executive Director of Mactaggart Heritable Ltd and sits on the Advisory Board of Mactaggart Family & Partners.

He is an investment analyst for a London based fund management boutique that invests across a wide range of international markets and industries, with a particular focus on family-controlled businesses.

Sholto holds a BSc in Politics & International Relations from the University of Bristol.
